Fiscal Year 2021

Dr. Tatsuya Ishiyama (Associate Professor, University of Toyama) has received the IAPWS Helmholtz Award 2020. The award lecture, which was postponed for a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, was held on September 14, 2021, the first day of this year's IAPWS Symposium, under the title "Molecular Dynamics Study of Transport, Structure and Spectroscopy at Liquid Interfaces.

The "2021 IAPWS PCAS Symposium (2021 PCAS)" will be held on August 26, 2021, as a web conference organized by Working Group on Physical Chemistry of Aqueous Systems (PCAS) of IAPWS (Chair of PCAS WG: Dr. Yoshida, JPAPWS). Former Vice Chair Prof. Kenji Yasuoka (Keio University) has been appointed as the Chair of JPAPWS.
